The Ethnic Child Care, Family and Community Services Co-operative is committed to the continuous improvement of all its programs and services. An important dimension of continuous quality improvement is responding positively to complaints and feedback so that the organisation may build on its strengths and address its weaknesses. The Coop has developed this online Complaints and Feedback Module to facilitate communication between clients and the Coop.
